Iqbal Ahmed, M.D.
Iqbal Ahmed, M.D. is a licensed primary care physician who is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. After completing an intensive residency in 1996 at Interfaith Medical Center in New York, he began his medical practice in Okeechobee, Florida. As a local doctor for the past 24 + years, he has become part of the community.

He currently serve as the Chief of Medicine at Raulerson Hospital and has previously held appointments as Chief of Staff for multiple years. Given his affiliation with Raulerson Hospital and Okeechobee Health Care Facility (Rehab/Nursing Home), he can continue to take care of you in those settings if ever needed.

Yasmin Akhtar, M.D. is a licensed primary care physician who is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. After completing her residency in 2009 from the prestigious New York University Langone Hospital/NYU Lutheran, she began practicing in Okeechobee. During her tenure at NYU Langone, she was awarded "Best Project In Family Medicine" for her research on Women's Health.

She is affiliated with Raulerson Hospital, Okeechobee Health Care Facility (Rehab/Nursing Home), and the Cleveland Clinic Martin, so she can continue to take care of you in those settings if ever needed.
